Admitted to practice law in the states of New York and Connecticut and in federal courts in New York and Connecticut. Mr. Ray is a registered Patent Attorney, Reg.#56,918. He is also a member of the New York State Bar Association. A graduate of Brooklyn Law School, he served in the United States Navy, serving on board USS Enterprise (CVN-65).
