Mr. Ray successfully obtain the return of the Clients' deposit regarding a failed purchase of a house.

       The Clients had entered into a contract of sale to purchase what they thought would be their new dream home. However, the sellers failed to obtain authorization from their bank because it was a short  sale. Without  bank
approval, the sale failed to close. The Clients then requested their deposit back in accordance with the terms of the contract of sale. However, the sellers refused to return the deposit and even claimed the Clients were the reason for the failure of the sale.

         Mr. Ray vigorously pursued a legal strategy that brought the matter to a quick settlement with minimal amount of litigation to the joy of the Clients.
